El piso tiene una habitación grande, con una cama king size (con posibilidad de que sean dos camas individuales), y un placard con mucho espacio, un living en open plan, con una cocina completa, barra de desayuno y un baño completo.
Está ubicado en el corazón de Palermo Hollywood muy cerca de muchos buses y a solo 6 cuadras de la estación Palermo de la linea D de subtes y de la linea San Martín de trenes (5/10 min a Retiro). Hay bares y restaurantes muy cerca pero la casa esta en una cuadra muy linda y tranquila. Sobre todo, el barrio es muy seguro.
El alquiler de u$d 500 por mes incluye WiFi, todos los impuestos, el uso de sábanas y toallas de algodón de buena calidad, y servicio de limpieza una vez por semana.
